Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 c onion, chopped1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped1 T fresh garlic, minced1 lb lean ground turkey ***1 1/2 t sea salt1/2 t red chili flakes1/4 t black pepper2- 15 oz canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed15 oz can tomato sauce15 oz low-sodium chicken stock1 T chili powder2 t cumin1 t dried oregano
Directions
Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add onion, red bell pepper and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent.
Add the ground turkey ***, salt, chili flakes and black pepper. Brown over medium heat until the turkey is cooked through.
Pour the mixture into a crock pot
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Cook for 8 hours on low or 3-4hours on high, stirring occasionally.
