KD's Chicken/Vegetable Soup w/ Fusilli noodles

2 tbsp olive oil2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed3 lg cloves garlic1/2 lg onion-chopped1/4 C flour1 C fresh kale1 C snow peas1 C broccoli2 med carrots, thick sliced1/4 fresh green beans1/4 C black beans2 sm potatoes-cubed3 14 oz fat free chicken broth2 C fusilli (or other) noodles
Makes about 8 1 1/2 c servings
Cook chicken breasts, garlic and onion in oil until onions are lightly cooked. Add flour and cook, stirring occasionaly until flour is browned. Add about 1/2 can of broth and the milk to thicken.
Add the rest of the vegetables, season to taste with salt & pepper or mediterranean seasoning and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the noodles and cook on medium heat until noodles are almost done. (about 12 minutes)
Simmer for about 20 minutes
