Yummy(!) Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
Brussels sproutsGarlicReal MayoSugarSaltPepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except Sprouts in a mixing bowl until blended and creamy. Add sprouts and coat evenly. Put into shallow glass baking dish, uncovered. Bake in oven 400 degrees until done.

Makes four 1/2 cup servings. Great with beef.

    This is a different way to make Brussells Sprouts....tastes yummy, but the mayo makes it relatively high in fat. Didn't stop me though! - 11/10/09
