Chard, Italian sausage, bell pepper, red onion, acorn squash, cumin, chili powder, garlic, feta cheese
Split acorn squash. Bake at 375˚ for 30 minutes, flat side down on oiled cookie sheet. Set upright with bottom in rammikin. Cook sausage in skillet, then add chard stems, onion, garlic, bell peppers, cumin, and chili powder. Add chard leaves until wilted. Spoon into waiting squash half. Add feta cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes.
