Dave's Beef and Veggies

Ingredients
3-8 oz of beef 2 oz of walnut oilbunch of greens, spinach (whatever you like, and I mean bunch of greens)1/4 onion3 tsp of sunflower kernels3-4 stems of cilantro+ whatever spices, seasoning you like to add.
Directions
Warm up skillet and add 1 oz of walnut oil, before it gets hot. Keep burner on low - medium. Add beef (cubed, whole, sliced however). Cover skillet. Wash greens and pull off the vein. Wait 3-4 minutes for beef to cook, then add greens, onion, cilantro and 1 oz of walnut oil. Turn beef and cover. Continue to stir greens/onions and beef until beef is cooked to your liking. With about 2 minutes left, add sunflower kernels. Remove skillet from burner.
