1.0 tsp Coriander seed1.0 tsp Cumin seed2.0 tsp Mustard seed, yellow1.0 tsp Salt2.0 cup Green Beans (snap)0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar4.0 serving ghee (1 Tbsp. = 15 ml)1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Fry the chili, cumin, and mustard seeds in the ghee, til the mustard seeds turn grey and start popping. Add the beans and stir fry for a few minutes, then add 1/2 c water , cover and simmer til beans turn tender. Take off lid, add sugar salt and ground coriander, stir and cook off any excess water.
