Corn Fritters

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp paprika1 egg, well beaten1/2 cup milk1 cup frozen corn
In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika. Beat together egg and milk.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in egg mixture and stir until smooth. Gently blend in corn.
Deep fry only as many fritters at one time as will lie flat and uncrowded, one layer deep. Turn as they rise and frequently during the frying. Fry 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

It makes 25 corn fritters (drop by spoonful). They make 25 balls.
1 corn fritter = 1 Serving. Hope this helps.
