TSuzanne's Tempting Salsa

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of fresh diced tomatoes or 1 can of finely diced tomatoes2 Jalapeno Pepper, finely diced and seeded2 tbsp Cilantro (fresh or dried)1/4 cup Raw Onion - white or red (or a combination)Garlic, 1 clove, diced or crushedJuice from 1/2 small lime1/2 tbsp. Pure Olive OilDash of fresh ground black pepperDash of Salt (omit if using canned tomatoes)
Directions
Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 8 - 12 hours before serving.

Makes approximately 4 servings.
Serving Size = 1/3 Cup
