Spiced Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1 egg1 cup Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Beverage2 scoops of Jay Robb's Vanilla Protein Powder
1. Mix dry ingredients first
2. Add almond milk and egg to flours and mix well.
3. Add pumpkin to mixture and mix well. (If batter is too thick, add small quantities of almond milk until batter is correct consistency for pancakes).
4. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto non-stick pan or griddle and brown on both sides.
Note: I use Pam butter flavor cooking spray to prevent sticking.
I serve with Trader Joe's All Natural Sugar Free Syrup.
Makes apprx. 10 pancakes.
