Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1.5 c all purpose flour1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1 large egg beaten1 cup granulated sugar1 cup finely shredded zucchini1/4 c canola oil1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Grease a 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and pre heat your oven to 350. In a medium bowl mix all your dry items. In another bowl mix your wet (sugar is considered a wet ingredient). Combine the two just until the flower is mixed in. Bake 50 to 55 min. Test with a toothpick to see if its cooked through. Makes 16 1/2 inch wide slices.
