Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4- medium potatoes, peeled & quartered5 sprays - of Becel Topping & Cooking Spray1 oz. - Skim MilkSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and quarter potatoes and put in a covered pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes when cooked (fork tender). Spray with Becel Spray, salt & pepper, and add milk. Mash until nice and creamy. Serve
