*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup (remove)*Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Bulgar Cracked Wheat, 1 cup (remove)*Mother's Quick Cooking Barley, 1 cup (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .5 cup (remove)*Raisins, golden seedless, .5 cup, packed (remove)Almonds, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Mix ingredients together and store in a air tight container for up to 6 months. Scoop out 1/3 cup of mix and add to 3/4 cup water. Microwave at 50% power for 8-10 minutes.
