Ingredients
Beef, tip round, 6 oz (cut into small cubes)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long)Carrots, raw, 2 small (5-1/2" long)Lima beans, frozen (10 oz) .5 packageYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernelsYellow Squash, .5 cupZucchini, .5 cup, slicedPotato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Cauliflower, raw, .4 cupTomato Sauce, 15 oz.Pepper, black, 1 tbspBasil, 4 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend (Mrs. Dash), 2 serving Spice Time Garlic Pepper Seasoning, 1 tsp Water, tap, 60 fl oz
Directions
Chop up all vegetables and beef. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high for about 5-6 hours. Check on it occassionally.
