Ingredients
1lb Lean Ground Turkey (93%)2C uncooked long grain white rice1 white onion diced3 celery stalks diced1 pkg Pioneer fat-free brown gravy mixLawry's Seasoned pepper3 pats salted butterSalt to tasteGreen onions
Directions
Cook the 2 cups of uncooked rice as directed (you MAY need one pat of butter for this - I use it)

Sautee diced onions and celery in 2 pats of butter using a big skillet that will hold the veggies and turkey meat. Once, the onions start to become translucent, add the turkey and cook until done.

Liberally sprinkle the seasoned pepper in the meat and veggies - this will all mix with the rice and you'll want a LOT more.

Once the meat is done, pour the dry gravy mix into the meat and veggies... stir. You will probably need to add a cup or more of water. You want this moist enough to coat the rice, but not swamp it.

Pour your cooked rice into a large mixing bowl, pour the meat mixture over it and stir until well mixed.

Taste it - you might want more seasoned pepper.

Now, chop your green onion up and stir into the mixture.

Salt to taste.

Enjoy!
