Olive oil (2 tbsp)4 oz pork sirloin ( cut in small pieces)1 slice of Canadian bacon ( cut in small pieces)Onion ( 1 small chopped)zucchini ( one small) cut in small squarescelery ( 2 stalks cut in small pieces)Cabbage ( 2 cups chopped)tomato ( 2 small cut in half)sea salt to taste Mrs Dash original blend ( 1/2 tbsp)
In a large pan cook the meat till golden in olive oil. Add the onion and soon after the tomatoes. Once all cooked add water ( about 8 to 10 cups) Add all the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil and change the heat to low-media. It takes about 30 minutes to cook. You can serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
