Save the Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Box Trader Joe's Chicken-less Strips2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Stalk Celery Chopped in 1/4" Pieces1 Medium Carrot, Chopped in 1/4 ' Pieces1/2 Onion,Finely Chopped4 Tbsp Vegannaise3/4 tsp Dijon or Stone-ground Mustard1/2 tsp Lemon Juice or Hot Sauce1/4 tsp Sea Salt1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet on Medium heat and add Chicken-less strips.

Saute until lightly browned about 3-4 minutes, then let cool.

Chop chicken-less strips into 1/4"-1/2" pieces and place into a mixing bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.

It makes 4 healthy servings
