Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour 1/8 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. baking powder 1 ripe mashed banana1 large egg1 cup of milkdash of salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Fold in mashed banana. Combine milk & eggs.Mix together until no lumps. Put a small amount of butter on a warm griddle. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on griddle, flip pancakes until golden brown and serve warm. Do not over cook.
