Fresh & Creamy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
9 mini potatoes1 cup carrots1/4 cup white onion4 bay leaves6 cups broccolisalt (to taste)pepper (to taste)1 TBSP cayanne pepper8 cups water2 cups 1% milk2 TBSP flour1/2 cup water1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Dice potatoes, carrots & onions. Place in a large pot and add 8 cups of water & bay leaves. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20mins.

Add broccoli and continue simmering for 10 minutes.

Add milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper & cayanne pepper.

Mix flour with remaining water, mix well. Add to soup and simmer for 10mins stirring frequently.

Makes 10 1 cup servings
