Simple Beef Stew

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Carrots, raw, 1 pound package *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 poundsCrushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 28 oz can
Directions
Cut roast into bite size pieces and saute in heavy stock pot, cook until browned and remove from pot. Meanwhile dice all veggies to bite size pieces. After you remove the roast from the pot, saute the onions until they are cooked through. Add all the veggies and meat into the pot, add canned tomatoes and simmer on low heat 4-5 hours or until ready to serve.
