tomato vegetable soup with ground turkey

Ingredients
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 8 oz Beans, pinto, 1.5 cup Beans, white, 1.5 cup Tomato Sauce, 3 cup Zuchini 1 cup, 1 smallYellow Crookneck Squash, raw, 1 smallCabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped spinach, 1 cupGround Turkey, .1/2 poundBasil, 1 tbsp Bay Leaf, 1 grams Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
Directions
Sautee onion, celery and carrot in large pot. Add chicken broth and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add pasta, beans, remaining vegetables, cooked ground turkey, and spices. Let simmer until pasta is done. makes approx. 10 1 cup servings. You may adapt vegetables, spices, etc. to whatever you have on hand.
