Beef, chuck 1 1/4 lb. (or 80-20 ground meat)Venison 1 1/4 lb.
Directions
Grind beef chuck roast with equal amount of venison. Mix together. Season if desired. Cook in skillet until browned. Makes 12 3 oz. servings.
