Banana Candies

Ingredients
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter1 medium banana (about 7 inches long)
Directions
Cut tips off unpeeled banana. Slice down 1 side of banana. Peel back the peeling - do not remove peeling!! Cut through the banana - NOT the peeling. Take peanut butter and scoop into the banana. Press into it. Fold banana closed with the peeling on it still. Take plastic wrap and wrap up the banana tightly so it holds together. Place in the freezer until frozen. I am guessing about 2 hours.

Take banana out, slice into 1/2 inch slices. Serve.

Aproximately 230 calories per serving - 2 servings (about 6 half inch slices)

Add chocolate drizzled over top for added yumminess, but know that that also adds to the calories etc.

I saw this on The Bonnie Hunt Show yesterday. She swears these are great! Thought I'd share.
