Onions, raw, 1 large (Chopped)*Bush's Chili Beans, 1 canRanch Style Black Beans, 1canDel Monte Fresh Cut Kernel Corn, 1 canHunt's Tomato Sauce - Roasted Garlic, 1 small canRotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1 cam3 Chicken Breasts, bone and skin removedMichelob Ultra Beer, 10 fl oz (3/4 bottle)Taco Seasoning, 3.5 tsp (1 packet)Chili Seasoning (1 packet)8 corn tortillas, cut into strips
Place the chopped onion, chili beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, and diced tomatoes in a slow cooker. Add taco and chili seasoning and stir to blend. Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture, pressing down lightly until just covered by the mixture. Set slow cooker on low heat, cover and cook for 5 hours. Remove chicken breasts and allow to cool long enough to be handled; shred. Stir the shredded chicken back into the chili and continue cooking for 2 hours. Add shredded tortilla strips when 30 minutes remain. Serve topped with shredded fat free cheddar cheese and a dollop of light sour cream and avacado, if desired.
