Roast beef with mushroom gravy

Ingredients
3.75 lb roast (rump, arm or tip cut)1can mushroom soup-healthy request1 envelope onion soup mix1 4 oz can mushrooms
Directions
Place roast in 300degF oven to bake. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over meat. If gravy is too thick add some red wine or cooking sherry or beef stock to reach desired consistency.
