1 Box yellow cake mix (I used Pillsbury moist supreme golden butter recipe for the nutritional facts)1 (15 oz) can plain pumpkin1 egg white1/4 cup water3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients- beat with a mixer on medium for about 2 minutes. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray, or use cupcake liners. Divide batter between 24 cups.
Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (about 15 min)
