Chicken Artichoke Pizza with Garlic Sauce

1 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Whole Wheat tortilla, Large1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese2 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/4 c frozen chopped spinach, thawed and dried2oz Cooked, cubed chicken breast1 Large Artichoke heart (from canned with water), chopped1/4 c 2% Reduced Fat Mozzarella, shredded
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Bake tortilla only for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from oven, and leave oven on.
Combine cheese wedge, sour cream, and garlic powder to taste. Spread on baked tortilla. Layer on mozzarella, spinach, artichoke and chicken. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes, or until toppings are hot and cheese melted.
Cut into 6 pieces with pizza cutter or knife.
Makes 2 servings as appetizer, or 1 serving as a small meal.
