Alfredo Chicken 'n' Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart (reduced fat)16 oz Ragu light alfredo sauce1/3 cup 1 % milk2 cups brocolli2 cups carrots (quartered)1 cup onion (chopped)1 lb BSCB, sliced thin, cut into 2" pieces1 T olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, saute brocolli, carrots and onions until tender-crisp.

Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink inside.

Add alfredo sauce and heat through.

Transfer to a lightly Pam sprayed 8" baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine Bisquick and milk just until moistened. Drop 6 small tablespoons on top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 20-22 minutes, or until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

Serve by spooning out 1 biscuit each plus chicken mixture immediately below it.
