Crispy Chicken & Green Chile Meatballs

Ingredients
1.5 Cups of Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs)5 Tbl El Pinto Green Chile Sauce16 Oz. Ground Chicken Breast2 Tbl Chimayo Red Chile Powder2 Tbl Granulated Garlic1 Tbl chile piquin (red pepper flake)
Directions
Combine ground chicken, Chile sauce, spices and 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs in a bowl.

Place 1 cup of Panko in a separate dish and put aside

Roll 20-21 2" diameter balls and roll the balls in the rest of the Panko to lightly coat each ball.

Place the balls on foil covered - or parchment paper-lined baking sheets

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Makes 20-21 balls
