Cowboy Cornbread

Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix1 cup milk2 eggs1 can cream style corn 1 - 2 lbs. cooked ground beefdiced green chili peppers2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix together both boxes of Jiffy, 2 eggs, milk and cream corn. Pour half of mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with meat, peppers and cheease. Cover with remaining cornbread mixture. Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour at 350.
