Soprano's Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs1 T olive oil5 cloves garlic minced1 T oregano2 potatoes, peeled and cut into quartersjuice from one lemon
Directions
heat oil in lg skillet over m/h heat.
place thighs in skillet and brown on each side.
add garlic, oregano, lemone juice and cook for 10-15 min until cooked through.
serve w/potatoes, rice, salad, etc.

preheat oven to 425*
place chicken in baking dish
sprinkle w/olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper
throw in potatoes and mix well
bake for 45 min
