PrairieHarpy's Strawberry Mascarpone Dip

Ingredients
4 oz Neufchatel Cheese (the 1/3 fat Philly type.)4 oz Mascarpone cheese2 tbsp skim milk4 tbsp splenda6 oz low fat Greek yogurt (2%)1/2 c pureed strawberries1 tsp lemon juice1/4 - 1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
Beat neufchatel and mascarpone with milk until fluffy. Add Splenda and continue to beat.

Add yogurt, lemon, and almond extract until smooth and consistent.

Beat or fold in strawberry puree. Serve with fruit or graham crackers or over a fruit salad. Chill a bit first, if desired.
