Ingredients
Olive OilOnionUnbleached White FlourChunk Light Tuna In WaterDiced Green Chilie PeppersDry SherryMilk 2%GarlicParsley, DriedBasil, DriedOregano, DriedRosemary, DriedWaterParmesan - Romano CheeseSaltBlack Pepper
Directions
Heat a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and onions, cook until tender. Stir in flour and salt and allow to cook for a few minutes to remove raw flour taste. Slowly add milk and allow sauce to thicken. Add 2 cans of tuna with the water to sauce mixture. Add remainder of seasonings and stir. Break spaghetti into thirds and add to mixture. Add enough water to cover spaghetti and stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Allow to cook, stiring occasionally and adding enought water to keep moist. When spaghetti is tender stir in cheese and serve. Makes 5 servings

    Unsure of what measurements to use for each ingredient. Overall, I found that Betty Crocker's Tuna Helper Tuna Tetrazini had less calories, fat, sodium; etc.
