Breakfast Casserole (Ham)

Ingredients
4 slices Bread (Cubed)6 oz Diced Ham1 Cup Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese6 Eggs1.5 Cups Milk (2%)2 Tsp Honey MustardSalt and Pepper (Optional)
Directions
Place bread cubes in a shallow 2 qt baking dish. Top with Diced Ham and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, mustard. salt and pepper (optional) to taste. Beat together and pour over casserole. Cover with non stick foil and refrigerate over night. Bake @ 325, Covered, for 45 mins. Uncover and bake 10 - 15 Mins. untill top is lightly browned. Let set 5 mins then serve. Enjoy!!
