Janice's Granola w/o coconut

Ingredients
3 cups oats4 tbsp flax seed meal1/2 cup wheat germ3/4 cup pecans, chopped3/4 cup almonds, sliced3/4 cup cashews, chopped1/4 cup brown sugar, packed1 tbsp cinnamon3/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup honey1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mx all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix canola oil, honey and vanilla in a small bowl then pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Oil two cookie sheets and spread 1/2 of mix onto each pan.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes. Stir mixture every 5 minutes until evenly browned.
Allow to cool in the pan and break up into chunks.
Store in an sir tight container.
Makes about 18 1/2 cup servings.
