Homemade Tapioca

3 tablespoons tapioca1/3 cup sugar2 3/4 cups milk1 egg, raw1 teaspoon vanilla
Add milk tapioca, sugar and egg to pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bring ingredients to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Be sure you have a full boil.) Turn off heat and let sit five minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Divide into 6 individual serving cups. Enjoy!
