Stuffed Pumpkin

Ingredients
2 2lb. pumpkins, scooped out1 lb. ground chicken1 large pork sausage link (3 to a pound)3 oz. cranberries1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Chop up sausage and brown it with ground chicken. Add in pumpkin guts. Once browned, add cranberries and walnuts. Stuff into pumpkins and place pumpkins in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes. Makes 4 servings, or half a pumpkin each. Or two massive servings!
