Creamy Garlic Chicken LoCarb

Ingredients
4 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces1/2 stick butter (not margerine)4 tablespoons heavy cream, whipping style2 tablespoons sour cream, fat free
Directions
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts and cut into bite sized chunks.
Mince or crush garlic.
Heat butter in large skillet over med high heat.
Saute garlic and chicken, stirring, until chicken is browned on all sides.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer approx 15 min until chicken is done.
Uncover. Add heavy cream and stir constantly until hot. Do not boil
Remove from heat. Add sour cream and stir well.
Serve with sauteed asparagus for a low carb meal.
