Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients
2 quarts 2% Milk1 c. granulated sugar1/3 c. long grain rice1 tbsp. butterdash nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon12 oz ( 1 can) non-fat evaporated milksalt, pinch
Directions
Use a small bit of butter to lightly grease a large glass baking pan. Put rest to side.
To pan add the evaporated milk and 2% milk.
Add remainder of ingredients except for butter.
Use salt sparingly.
Stir until well blended....make sure sugar blends with mixture.
Dot top with portions of the butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 1 1/2 hours, stirring often to fold the "skin" into the pudding. Do not stir for last 20 minutes to allow for browning.
Serves approx. 8 big guys
