Lovely Light Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1 Bag Broccoli Slaw1/4 cup light sour cream or low fat plain yogurt1/4 cup light mayo2 T maple syrup2 T cider vineagar1/3 cup craisins or raisins
Directions
This is very easy.
Mix the dressing, dump on top of the slaw then add the craisins. This will ytaste best after marinating for a few hours. If it is not the write consistency for your taste, skim milk can be added to make it more fluid or a bit more sour cream will thicken it up.

    this is really good I would make this again.It tastes good with the sour cream but i would also tyr it without the sour cream - 1/28/09
