Not So Bad Banana Bread

1/2 Cup Butter1 Cup Sugar2 Eggs2 Cups Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon3 Ripe, Large Bananas
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Mix butter and sugar together, adding each egg in one at a time. Stir well.
Slowly integrate the dry ingredients (flour mix) into the wet ingredients (butter mix).
Mash up the bananas, either with a spoon or your hands (great way to get the kids involved) and add it to the mix.
Pour into a bread loaf pan and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.
This recipe yields 8 to 10 pieces*.
