Mexican Layered Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound Uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast15 oz Canned black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup Low free sour cream1 cup Shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, or Mexican-style cheese blend4 oz Chopped green chilies2 tsp Ground cumin1/2 tsp Black pepper1 cup Salsa, mild, medium or hot
Directions
Cut chicken into bite sized chunks & cook. Mix with other ingredients and bake at 350' for 30 minutes. (Save a bit of the cheese to top with). Serve with salsa and tortillas if you want!
