Asian Crockpot

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast cut into strips5 tsp lite soy sauce2 cups orange juice3 tbsp peanut butter1 bag stir fry/asian veggies (frozen)4 cups cooked rice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 5-6 hrs on low heat. Serve with 1 cup of rice.
