Chicken and Sausage Gumbo (healthy)

Ingredients
Chicken breast-6 3oz frozen chicken breast (i use organic frozen for no sodium)Onions, raw, 1 large Green Peppers, 1 cup, choppedSavoie's instant dry roux, 8 serving Great Value Chicken Broth, 4 serving *Hillshire farm Lite Smoked Sausage, 20 oz Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Makes twelve 1.5 cup servings

boil/debone chicken
chop onions and bell pepper
sautee in olive oil
stir in roux
add chicken broth slowly, whisk in
slice sausage/bake sausage in oven
simmer roux and broth for 30 min
add chicken, sausage to broth/roux
simmer all together, season to taste
top with green onions/parsley

serve over rice
