Berry Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk or Skim Milk(using Skim Milk will change the nutritional Info)1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (I use "Body Fortress)1 Tbsp Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt ( I use "Stoneyfield Farm")1 Tbsp Natural Chunky Peanut Butter (use Smooth if that is what you prefer)1/4 cup Frozen Mixed Berries (a mix of blackberries, bluberries, raspberries, and strawberries)Strong Brewed Coffee or 1 tsp instant coffee granules (this ingredient is totally optional!!)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend for about 30 seconds or until well mixed.

Pour, Drink, ENJOY!!
