Homemade Scones

Ingredients
2.75 cups flour.5 cup sugar1 cup heavy whipping cream1 large egg.5 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder
Directions
mix all dry ingredients except 1/2 cup flour in large bowl. In separate small bowl beat the egg, add cream, add wet to dry ingredients. Mix with fork until dough forms a ball. Mix in as much remaining flour as needed to make smooth, slightly sticky dough. Form into flat, round frisbee shape. Cut into 8 wedges. Bake on flat stone or cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
