chocolate and vinalla swirl with banana

Ingredients
2/3 cup of 2% milksmall banana(frozen)6 oz. cup of Dannons light and fit vanilla yogurt1 scoop of chocolate soy protein powder
Directions
over night take a banana and peel it, cut it up and place it on a cookie sheet tray with baking spray on the tray. Freeze that over night.
the next day when you want your smoothie put all the ingrediants into the blender and mix until completely smooth
