Smoked Salmon Cold Cake

16 oz smoked salmon12 slices of whole wheat sandwich bread2 cups plain yogurt, low fat1 cup of light mayonnaise1 cucumber20 asparagus spear tips, mashedDill and Tabasco Sauce to taste
Flake the smoked salmon, reserve.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, asparagus tips, dill and Tabasco. Reserve.
Slice the cucumber in a mandolin as thin as possible, or use a knife.
In a pyrex oven dish, place a layer of bread, then add 1/3 of the yogurt / mayo sauce, then 1/3 of the cucumber slices, then 1/2 the smoked salmon. Repeat 2 more times, only that the final layer doesnt have salmon.
Wrap in foil and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, great if it sits for 24 hours.
