Swiss Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots

1lb Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless1 can Cream of Mushroon Soup1/3 Cup White Wine1 Box Seaconed Courtons2/3 Package Chicken Stuffing1 Package Swiss Cheese6 oz. Baby Carrots3 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes (try microwaving for a few minutes to soften up a little prior to adding to casserole dish)
13 x 9 inch Casserol Pan sprayed with Non-stick Cooking Spray place chicken inside
Cut up Vegetables (fairly small) and Lay on and around Chicken
Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup with White Wine until looks like a sauce then Pour over Chicken and Vegetables
Lay SwissCheese over Soup mixture in one layer
Pour Coutons over Swiss Cheese making one layer
Sprinkle dry stuffing over croutons, filling in spaces between croutons
Cover with Foil
Cook covered for 60 mins at 350
