Chicken quesidilla

Ingredients
1 chicken thigh-boneless and skinless1 96% fat free flour tortilla 1/4 2% colby & monterey jack shredded cheese 1 tbsp litgh sour cream
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan to cook chicken. Be sure to cook chicken thoroghly. Season chicken with a little garlic powder, onion powder, season salt, and pepper. Cook chicken until brown on both sides.

Melt cheese on tortilla.
Cut cooked chicken into strips and place on tortilla
Add sour cream and/or salsa on top of chicken. Roll up and enjoy.

    I love this recipe! I used chicken breast and olive oil cooking spray instead to reduce the calories though. I love that it's easy to make and tastes like it should be unhealthy (but it's not). Thanks for sharing! - 11/18/07
