Homemade Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
Sharp Cheddar CheeseMacaroni noodlesMilkFlour
Directions
Cube or grate a cup and a half of sharp cheddar cheese.

In saucepan mix 1/4 cup of flour into 2 cups of milk, heat thoroughly, mixing almost continually.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add 3 cups macaroni.

Add most of the cheese and a pinch of salt to white sauce, stir until all cheese is melted.

Strain noodles and mix with sauce. Pour into small baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake @ 375 for 55 minutes, stirring halfway though.
